One of the Developers went to view a log for one of the CSRs and the log came up showing in a foreign language.

RESOLUTION:
This Hotfix applies to the Stat database for Oracle Ebusiness site. Refer to the Stat_564HF-k_ReadMe_20140423_Eng.pdf or solution 124071 for additional information and instructions on implementing the fix.
