Import CSR only bring history info over to the new db (4255394)

Currently I have two databases that are identical and would like to export the csr from one db and import it to another. It’s appear that the csr purge wizard only import the history information of the csr, but not the migration path, archive set and etc unless the import is to the same db where the export was done.

This is not what the purge CSR wizard was designed for. It's purpose is to remove CSRs from a Stat database and make space on the database. The assumption is that you no longer need the archive/migration history on this CSR as it is older than a specified period of time. You want to clean out your database and make the consoles easier to read and improve performance.
