Currently, there is no way to capture or report on workflow overrides. We are requesting that whenever a workflow override occurs (i.e. the status transfer is done when the arrow is not blue, a migration occurs outside of the parameters of the workflow, or approval override is performed), that this information be captured and reported on .
WORKAROUND:
Currently Stat 5.6.0 allows you to write your own custom reports. Take a look at the online admin guide | appendix I of how to write your own custom reports.
