Fetching staying in progress for aol roles
Description

Select the Environment then Object Type of 'AOL Roles' and the 'Fetch is in progress. To cancel, press Cancel button.' pop-up-window opens, but it just hangs & the objects never load. In the Oracle Applications Management Console, the Process Request stays at 'In Process' and never completes.
Cause

There are 1.5 million rows in the aol role object type, which causes the stat central agent to run out of memory. As a result, it could not display the data.
Resolution

1. Go to Maintenance | General | Object types
2. Select Oracle apps setup object from the drop down
3. Locate AOL Role and and click the setup button
4. Highlight R12 and put in a where clause to limit the data
5. Make sure to bounce all stat oracle agents
