Cannot run program "svn": CreateProcess error=2, The system (4247741)

From VCM Connection Setup - SVN - 3rd Party Version Control Setup screen, peforming test connect get the following error:

IOException while executing command: Cannot run program "svn": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

Unable to test connect. Please verify that Stat Agent is running.

You may also need to restart your Stat Client.

RESOLUTION:

1. Add the following to the PATH variable where SVN/Stat Central Agent Host resides

c:\Program Files\VisualSVN Server\bin

2. Test from DOS prompt:

c:\> svn info --svn_username test "https://svn_host:svn_port/svn_repository_path
