Description
Oracle DB is on 12c. Can not login through STAT client. Getting this error message:
Unable to complete 'First Pass' login. Please notify System Administrator.
Response is: SQLCODE = 1, SQLDBCode = 28547, SQLNRows =
0, SQLErrText = ORA-28547: connection to server failed,
probable Oracle Net admin error

Resolution
RESOLUTION:
1. Click on the link to troubleshoot:

2. Make sure that Oracle client is 11g or 12.x, 32-bit (NOT 64-bit). Verify by doing TNSPING utility from DOS prompt.
