Cannot archive AOL objects and I see the following error in the stat oracle agent log:
TRACE - err>|Message Dictionary couldn't open the FND message file for language US. Message Dictionary Error- A file pathname could not be constructed for the application FND. This error often indicates that the Application Basepath (e.g. FND_TOP) or Subdirectory (APPLMSG) environment variables do not have a valid value.
TRACE - err>|SQL-GENERIC ERROR (ERRNO=12154) (ROUTINE=AFPCOA) (REASON=Error while trying to retrieve text for error ORA-12154
Did not startup Oracle Agent Ebiz as applmgr account user.
Make sure to startup the stat oracle agent as applmgr account user.
