Task/time not getting added from my task -
Description
Users are having issues adding time to a CSR task. When open an existing task to add more time or update time entered, no previous time records are showing. -
Resolution
RESOLUTION:
This Hotfix applies to the Stat Powerbuilder client. Refer to the Stat_564HF-j_ReadMe_20140421_Eng.pdf or solution 123450 for additional information and instructions on implementing the fix.

STATUS:
Issue is fixed in Stat 5.7.0. The latest version of Stat can be downloaded here https://support.quest.com/stat/download-new-releases
