Patch only shows up in the Migration Drop Down for R12.2.4. -
Cause
A new user right was added in Stat 5.7.4 -
Resolution
1. Go to Maintenance | Security Settings | User classes
2. Locate the user class
3. Expand Oraapp Migration Mgmt on the left hand pane
4. Locate a new right called Oraapp migration to run edition.
5. Move the new user right to the right pane to allow run and both edition drop down list.
