The “Attachments”“Enable Links” function is not enabled in Stat Web Client. -
Description
The “Attachments” function is not enabled. The “Enable Links” is not displayed and the links that are shown are not enabled. This is happening with Stat Web Client only. When we view it through the stat windows client it is working. We just upgraded from 5.6.4 to 5.7.4 -
Resolution
RESOLUTION:
Per Stat 5.7.0 User's Guide, page 36:
NOTE: Stat Web does not support links to other CSRs or files. This means links to CSRs or files created in the Stat Windows Client are deactivated when the same CSR is opened in Stat Web. Links to web pages, however, are supported and are active regardless of whether the CSR was created in the Windows Client or Stat Web. Note that in Stat Web, you can open hyperlinks only when viewing the CSR in read-only mode, meaning that the same CSR is currently open either in the Stat Windows Client or in another Stat Web session.
