Resolution

RESOLUTION :
Try to run the SQL Optimizer for SQL Server only one CPU core.
Here are steps
a.   Launch the SQL Optimizer for SQL Server
b.   Right click task bar to start the Windows Task Manager
c.   Find the “SQL Optimizer for SQL Server.exe” process
d.   Right click the process to click the “Set Affinity...” popup menu item.

e.   Choose only one core to run the application.

Customer have few queries. Most were able to successfully auto optimize but a particular one that keep having issue.
