Description
Installer generates the following error:
"Error 1304. Error writing to file. DevExpress.Xpf.SpellChecker.v12.2.dll Verify that you have access to that directory."
Examining the MSI log file shows below error at the end:

Resolution
Install Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 from:
