Description

I receive this message when installing Toad for Oracle Commercial Installer.

Warning
The following products require .NET Framework 2.1 and will not be installed at this time.
-Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle

The .NET Framework can be installed from the Microsoft .net framework download center.

Then I went to the Microsoft site provided to download/install .Net Framework 2.1. I am unable to locate the download.
Resolution

Use the MSI installer.
