Unable to get debugger to stop on any breakpoints -
Description
When attempting to debug in SQL Navigator for Oracle 6.5, unable to get the debugger to stop on any breakpoints. Breakpoints have been set (and they show up in the PL/SQL Debugger window with the correct module and line #), however after hitting the run button (F8), the following appears in the output window.

10:53:55 Debug session started
10:53:55 Set breakpoints in order to debug
10:53:55 Debug session terminatedand then it proceeds to run the procedure without stopping on a break point.

Resolution
The object might not have been compiled with debug info.
Turn on the Include Debug Info option (Session | Include Debug Info), then compile the object. The debugger should stop at the first breakpoint. -
