After installing SQL Navigator and attempting to connect to the database for the first time, the following error message is displayed:
An unsupported Oracle client is installed.
Upgrade the Oracle client to a version that is supported by the current SQL Navigator version being used.
Please refer to the System Requirements section of the Release Notes for further information.
If there are multiple oracle clients install on PC, please try the following to see it helps resolve the issue:
1. Launch SQL Navigator, at the top of the login screen, click on the oracle client dropdown menu.
2. If more then one oracle client appears, select each one and test conneciton.
