Error executing SQL a 'WITH' clause: "ORA-24374: define not done before fetch"
Description

Executing a SQL statement using a 'WITH' clause results in error "ORA-24374: Define not done before fetch, or execute and fetch".
Cause

The 'WITH' clause was introduced in Oracle v9R2. The Oracle Client being used to connect to the 9R2 database must either match, or be newer than v9R2.
Resolution

Upgrade Oracle client to at least match the version of database being used. To download a free Oracle Client please visit this link:
