SQL file doesn't open when file type is associated with SQL Navigator 6.0
Description

When the .SQL extension is associated with SQL Navigator 6.0 (in Windows Explorer), then you double click a .sql file, SQL Navigator opens, but the .sql file contents are not shown in the editor.

WORKAROUND:
None
