SQL file doesn't open when file type is associated with SQL Navigator 6.0 -
Description
When the .SQL extension is associated with SQL Navigator 6.0 (in Windows Explorer), then you double click a .sql file, SQL Navigator opens, but the .sql file contents are not shown in the editor.
