The Formatter does not distinguish between Oracle hints and comments. -
Description
When I format a code with both hints and comments in it, the Formatter treats them the same and moves the hints to the far right with the comments.

Cause
Oracle hints and comments are both enclosed in /* */ so Formatter Plus cannot distinguish between them.
