How can I add column(s) to an existing table?

Resolution
Steps:
1. In DB Explorer, right click the table that you want to add a column to and select Open.
2. Click on the '+' sign (Add Column) in the Columns tab.
3. Type in the column name and specify all the other column properties as needed.
