Error: "Unhandled Exception at startup - Invalid filename" (4273473)

Error received when starting SQL Navigator:

"Unhandled Exception at startup - Invalid filename."

RESOLUTION 1:

Verify that the PC user has read and write privileges to the following registry nodes:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Quest Software
HKEY_HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software


RESOLUTION 2:

1. Exit out of SQL Navigator.

2. Select Start | Run | Type "Regedit" and click OK.

3. Drill down to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ Quest Software

4. Either rename or delete the SQL Navigator folder.

5. Restart SQL Navigator. Upon restarting SQL Navigator the default options will be restored.
