There is no keyboard shortcut for the Euro sign when typing a sql statement in the Editor
WORKAROUND:
Use the numlock numeric keypad and the ALT+0128 key combination or copy from the Character map utility in Windows
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of SQL Navigator
