Saving LOB field as filetype X enhancement request (4265774)

The feature to save an Oracle LOB field (photo) to a file and at same time display the file "in an external application" needs a small tweak.
Since this is for a LOB field, there should be some LOB type file types included in the "save as type" pick list.
In particular, this should list JPG and related photo file types. It should probably should include video MPEG types too.
Without these as default types, listing related entries in a folder and saving can be confusing.
