SQL Tuning does not start after installing version 5.5 -
Description
When you try to start SQL Tuning the following message is received: "SQL Tuning cannot be launched" after an upgrade from SQL Navigator Xpert 5.0 to 5.5 with SQL Tuning installed. -
Cause
The cause of the problem might be due to SQL Tuning in Toad installed with an older version (not updated yet) and SQL Navigator couldn't find it.

Resolution
1. Please uninstall/remove existing SQL Tuning - it can be done by using Windows Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs - Please make sure to remove all if more than one exists
2. Either reinstall SQL Nav or install as standalone SQL Tuning.exe, which is located in C:\Program Files\Quest Software\SQL Navigator 5.5\Tuning_Lab
This should allow to run SQL Tuning from Nav and also from Toad.
