'ORA-28009: connection as SYS should be as SYSDBA or SYSOPER' when reconnecting a SYSDBA session
Description

In v7.4, When you connect as the SYS user (as SYSDBA) and then go to Session | Reconnect, SQL Navigator doesn't reconnect, with the error:

'Error occurred: [28009] (ORA-28009: connection as SYS should be as SYSDBA or SYSOPER)'

This only happens for the SYS user and was not an issue in earlier versions (e.g. v6.7)
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
None.
