Description
If a query is run with order by asc or desc, when looking at another editor tab and clicking back to the original editor tab, the results are reordered to the opposite of what they were originally. So, asc becomes desc and desc becomes asc. This only happens the first time the user switches to another editor tab and back. After that, it stays to what it was switched to. -

Reboot your machine.
