There is an issue with hijacked objects in ClearCase, in 7.2 - which doesn't happen with the same steps in SQL Navigator 6.1 / 6.7. When you check out and then undo check out an object, the object is hijacked on ClearCase. This doesn't happen in 6.1 or 6.7 of SQL Navigator.
Resolution
WORKAROUND: None.
STATUS: Waiting for fix in a future release of SQL Navigator for Oracle
UPDATE: Sept 2016, SQLNAV-2158 will be addressed as a patch fix for v7.2, which is yet to be released.
