Is it possible to define a Formatter options file before pushing it out in a silent install to other users?

Resolution
It's not possible to predefine it as part of a silent install process.
The only way to achieve this currently is to do an initial installation, and the create the formatter options file (FmtOptions.opt) and ask users to import it after the silent installation is complete.
