Dual monitor causes SQL Navigator to not launch or launched in inaccessible areas.

1) Close SQL Navigator.
2) In your registry, go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Quest Software\SQL Navigator 5.5.0\Main Form".
3) Change the value of Left/Top to zero.
