Error: "-2147418113 has occurred" when connecting to the database. (4226419)

Error is received in SQL Navigator Version 5.1.0.655 with the 10g as Default Home when trying to connect to the database:

"Error -2147418113 has occurred "

RESOLUTION #1

1. Select View | Preferences | General | Session.

2. Disable the "Enable using DBA dictionary views" option on the right.

3. Click "Apply" and "OK" to save the changes.

4. Exit SQL Navigator and restart the application.

RESOLUTION #2

1. In SQL Navigator's Oracle Logon Window, select Options.

2. Check on option "Force OCI 7 for this connection".

3. Login into the desired database.
