However, user could run command iostat on his Unix machine SUSE v 10.0 without any problem. -
Resolution
To test this execute the following from another box to the host that is having the problem .
If output was not produced then the sysstat package that you need to install from this link:: <http://www.novell.com/products/linuxpackages/desktop10/sp2/i386/sysstat.html> or whichever package is applicable for your particular environment. -
