Error: 'Unable to retrieve Alarm Actions' when opening Alarm Actions window on a client machine
Description

When trying to open the Alarm Actions on a Spotlight Client machine, which is not on the Diagnostic Server, the following error appears:

'Error: 'Unable to retrieve Alarm Actions
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'

When opening the same window directly on the Diagnostic Server machine, there is no issue.
Cause

Port 40403 not open
Resolution

Please ensure that port 40403 is open on the client machine.
