Discontinued support of Spotlight Cloud mobile and website in Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.

With the deprecation of the Spotlight Cloud feature, the following functionalities will cease to be available in version 15.0 and no longer operational and supported in prior versions of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise:

Monitoring of connections on all mobile devices and the Spotlight Cloud website (https://www.spotlightcloud.io/ and https://www.quest.com/spotlight-cloud/).

2. Alarm Action | 'Send a push notification to a mobile device’ Action
3. Wait Events window | Waitopedia option
4. Configure | User Experience
