Cannot select DS from a Window 11 client with a non admin user) (4369107)

Cannot select the Diagnostic Server from a Window 11 client with a non admin user as Spotlight client hangs and it is necessary to kill the process from the Windows task manager.
Client and server are on the same domain and the Windows user is in the Spotlight Users group of the Diagnostic Server.
From the Diagnostic Server it is possible to connect with that same user.

Before the upgrade from Windows  10 it was possible to login with that user.
With a local admin user it works.
