Error after migration between federated Diagnostic Servers and/or remote client: "User Authentication Failure"
Description
After migrading Diagnostic Server host from a Windows 2012 or below to a Windows 2016 and above, and all Spotlight Users have correct permission to use Spotlight, the follow errors are presented:
When connecting Federated Diagnostic Servers to the configuration Server:
'Authentication Failed Connecting to Diagnostic Server'
When connecting a remote client to Diagnostic Server:
'User Authentication Failed'
