Error during installation of Spotlight Developer plug-in:
Unable to connect to remote server
WORKAROUND
1. On the machine where you have your SSMS install temporarily Diagnostic Server, add your user to the Spotlight Administrators group on that machine
2. Launch SSMS and change Spotlight Developer plugin settings to connect to the remote service of choice. Then uninstall the local Diagnostic Server.
