To see the heatmap on the web publisher.
- to go to the www.questspotlightexpress.com web-site and sign-up for an account.
-Sign-in and choose “Your Profile”
- you will need to install the “Spotlight Web Publisher”, and there is a download link for it on this page.
As per normal:
-you will need to install the SWP on a machine with Internet access.
-The account you use to run the SWP service needs to be in either the Spotlight Administrators or Spotlight Users group. (to access your Diagnostic Server)
After you’ve set this up, you can go to the heatmap tab on www.questspotlightexpress.com .
