No data on Network/TCPIP in Playback mode -
Description
When running a playback on the Network counter on monitored hosts, the TCPIP tab on the Network monitoring counter is coming up with No data. -
Cause
The scheduling for the TCPIP tab is “Network TCP” and is not collected by default in background. -
Resolution
Please customize this scheduling, then wait some time and test this again.
To do this please follow the steps below:
Go to Configure | Scheduling
Select the connection you want to collect this information from
Locate Network TCP, double click, uncheck the Factory Settings and configure this to collect data. See an example below:
