WORKAROUND
Create a new alarm to suppress it. Below is an example to suppress alarm for Monitored Server - Windows Connection Failure
1. Go to menu Configure | Alarm Actions | New
2. There will be pop up window with 3 sections.
3. Give a new to this alarm action.
4. On section 1,check on "The alarm is....". Then in Section 3, click on the alarms word.
5. Ensure that the radio button is on "is one of the following..."
6. then select "Windows" , check on "Monitored Server - Windows Connection Failure" then click "OK"
7. Next go back to section 1 and checked "The connection is..."
8. In Section 3, click on the connections word. Ensure that the radio button is on "is one of the following..."
9. And then select the Windows connections that you do not want to received the alarm.
10. In Section 2, check on "Suppress the alarm". And click "OK"
