Cannot delete failing Diagnostic Server email configuration settings.
Description

User receiving Diagnostic Server email failed error. SMTP Mail Options window does not allow to clear entered values and close Window. How to correct this issue?
Resolution

1. Login to the Diagnostic Server machine
2. Go to Diagnostic Server installation folder:
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Service
3. Move EmailService.xml file to a folder outside of this path
4. Restart Diagnostic Server
