Description
We had a clustered SQL Server fail over this morning and Spotlight failed to send a notification.

Resolution
There is a bug in the mechanism that sends email to notify failover has occurred. The bug ID is ST14191 which will be published in the release notes.
Our development team is working on providing a fix in a next release.
