Unable to view full SQL text of statements in Wait Events using Spotlight 13
Description

In 12.4 user could select a SQL statement in Wait Events, then be able to view all the SQL text on the right hand side. In Spotlight 13, the text box for SQL statements is no longer there.
Resolution

In Spotlight 13.0 versions and beyond, the SQL statements are moved to the bottom right side panel, next to the Overview tab. The SQL tab will show the SQL statement text and the Plan tab will show the query execution plans.
