Error during upgrade wizard: Installation failed 1608
Description

While installing (upgrading) getting an error 1608 and cannot install.
Cause

permissions related
Resolution

Login as Administrator and follow these steps:
1. Right click on the EXE installer file, and select "Run As Administrator", uncheck Client option and leave the check mark for Diagnostic Server only.
2. Once it is finished, do the right click on Client MSI installer to install client only.
