Launching Spotlight we see the following message...
Spotlight is not compatable with the version of the Diagnostic Server
...and cannot connect with any of our Spotlight connections
Diagnostic Server and GUI are different versions
On the Diagnostic Server machine, find the version of the Diagnostic Server by opening the "version" file located in the following path...
Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\bin
Next, click Help -> About in the GUI and verify the versions match.
If the version do not match, remove the existing client and download/install the version matching the version in the "version" file
