1. Lower the Alarm high threshold
For example, if the "Locks - Blocked Processes" threshold is set to the following:
Normal - 0 sec
High - 240 sec
What will likely happened is that the blocks that are seen in the playback came in less than 240 sec. Since the blocks do not meet the high threshold set, no alarm is fired and hence no email.
2. Add a low and medium threshold (value is up to you) to the blocking alarm. Then in the alarm action, add the condition "The alarm severity is" and click on low, medium and high. Now you get an email for the low, medium, or high threshold.
