1. It can be installed on any host. It doesn't have to be on the box where the Diagnostic Server sits on. It would be more of a convenience of management issue to put them together.
2. Each Diagnostic Server must have its own Spotlight Web Publisher. There cannot be multiple Diagnostic Servers on one Web Publisher.
3. Each Spotlight Web Publisher must have its own token. If only one token is used, the Web Publishers will fight each other to publish and the first to get it wins. It is not recommended.
4. Because of #3, multiple SpotlgihtEssential accounts must be created since it is one account per token.
5. On the hand-held mobile device end, it will accept multiple tokens and allow flipping between them.
