Setting up to monitor Hyper-V only shows "Loading..."
Description

Setting up connection to monitor Hyper-V only shows "Loading..." in the Virtual Machine pane. It never showed data.
Cause

The 44.xml file, located under C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Product, is missing the Hyper-V node.
Resolution

1. Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Product
2. Open the 44.xml
3. Add the following node:
</path>
<path>
<fragment type="AGENT"/>
<fragment type="PACKAGE">hyperv</fragment>
</path>
</packagePaths>
Note: Attached is the standard 44.xml for reference on where to add the Hyper-V node.
4. Restart the Diagnostic Server service from services.msc
