Title
After installing Spotlight 13.1, Error: 'SQL Server blocked access to procedure 'dbo.sysmail_help_status_sp' of component Database Mail XPs' appears in SQL Server error log every few minutes -
Description
When Spotlight on SQL Server 13.1 is launched, the following occurs in the SQL Server log every few minutes:
"SQL Server blocked access to procedure dbo.sysmail_help_status_sp of component Database Mail XPs because this component is turned off as part of the security configuration for this server".

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1. Backup the {DS install dir}\agent\conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight directory.
2. The attached zip file should be extracted into {DS install dir}\agent\conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight with the option to retain the directory structure
* Note that there are 3 copies of the same script, qs_services.sql, in the zip file, that must be unzipped into separate directories under agent\conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight.
3. Restart the Diagnostic Server.
STATUS:Issue fixed in the current release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise. Latest version of Spotlight can be downloaded from here.
