The following error occurs when opening Alarm Actions window:
"Unable to connect to Diagnostic Server. Could not load SSL library" -
Cause
Spotlight requires MS Visual C++ 2008 redistributable package installed on client machine. -
Resolution
From below links download MS Visual C++ 2008 redistributable packages (x86) and (x64) and install them:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=15336
