The Spotlight system and performance includes three feature categories: Healthcheck, Performance Heath and Most Expensive Queries.
System Healthcheck features provides a prioritized list of key system health issues enabling users to pinpoint and address these issues within their SQL Server infrastructure. Users will receive a notification in their account inbox the moment Healthcheck results are available. There are over five categories including: Security, Disaster Recovery, Index Optimization, Memory and SQL Best Practice.
Performance Health features allows user to gain insight into the performance of each of SQL Server instances. The information analyzed includes: recent history of the instance’s performance; system waits; I/O latency. See how instance performance is trending over time, compare one instance with and another and benchmark how ones compare with aggregate statistics from the entire SpotlightEssentials.com community.
Most Expensive Queries feature allows to access comprehensive information about the most expensive queries running on instances.
