ORA-00922 when creating Spotlight user with complex password via Spotlight GUI (4281460)

The ORA-00922: missing or invalid option in table CreateUser error occurred when creating Spotlight user with complex password via
the Spotlight User Wizard.

WORKAROUND:
Run the manual installation scripts on the database with the install.sql or upgrade.sql script
The Instructions for this are included in the SoO plugin folder.
Here is the path:

C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight\Plug-ins\SoO\OracleScripts


STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Spotlight on Oracle.
